Terms of Use
Last updated: 22 July 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website at attaru.sbs or by engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an enquiry. These terms apply to all visitors and clients.
2. Description of Services
Attaru provides business-to-business advisory and configuration services for warehouse and logistics operators in Malaysia. Our current service offerings are:
- Label and Barcode Reading — image-based reading model configuration and one WMS integration, delivered over three weeks.
- Slotting Optimisation Study — analytical study of stock positioning with a revised slotting map and phased relocation plan, delivered over six weeks.
- Warehouse Operations Playbook — complete written operating procedures and shift training across sites, delivered over sixteen weeks including a one-year quarterly update cycle.
Services are provided on a business-to-business basis only. We do not provide consumer-facing products or services, and do not offer medical, legal or financial counsel.
3. Eligibility and User Obligations
You must be at least 18 years of age and acting on behalf of a registered business entity to engage our services. By submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you are authorised to enter into a business arrangement on behalf of your organisation. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting enquiries and during any engagement.
4. Engagements, Scope and Payment
Each engagement is governed by a written scope document issued and agreed before work begins. Prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and apply to the scope as defined. Changes to scope requested after work has started may require a revised scope document and additional fees. We do not begin work until a scope document has been agreed in writing.
Payment terms are set out in the scope document for each engagement. We do not make representations about financial results that any client will achieve from implementing our recommendations.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Either party may terminate an engagement by giving written notice. If you cancel after work has commenced, fees for work completed to the date of cancellation will be due. Where we are unable to complete an engagement due to circumstances on our side, we will refund any fees paid for work not yet performed. Scope changes requested during an active engagement are managed through a written variation to the original scope document.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, code and design — is owned by Attaru or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from site content without prior written permission. Deliverables produced as part of a paid engagement are transferred to the client upon full payment, subject to any third-party tool licences noted in the scope document.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website or our services to:
- Transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the site without permission.
- Impersonate another person or organisation when submitting an enquiry.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website and its content are provided on an "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and the site operational, but do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Our services are advisory and analytical in nature. We provide recommendations based on data you supply and our analysis of it. We do not warrant specific operational outcomes. Our liability for any claim arising from the use of this site or our services is limited to the fees paid for the engagement directly giving rise to the claim, to the extent permitted under Malaysian law.
